We are now hiring for an experienced
Architectural Technologist
to join the team in our attractive offices in
Dun Laoghaire, Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be part of a team taking projects from planning through to on-site delivery
* Attend Design Team meetings and Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.
* Prepare tender packages including technical drawings and specifications
* Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations
* Attend site meetings and assist in the project delivery
Person Specification:
* Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
* A minimum of five years' post-graduation experience, preferably across all project work stages in a relevant sector.
* A good understanding of Irish planning procedures, BCAR, building regulations and construction technology.
* Strong technical design skills and knowledge
* Solid working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office
* Good working knowledge of NBS Chorus package desirable.
* Confident verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent team working skills and a positive, pro-active attitude
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Experience in housing, education, industrial and commercial sectors desirable
Salary & Benefits:
* €50,000 to €65,000 depending on experience
* Pension contributions, annual bonus, flexible working
