Responsibilities
* Lead line support, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
* Drive equipment/process validations and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Mentor engineers and technicians; collaborate cross-functionally to enhance quality and efficiency.
* Influence manufacturing strategy as production expands.
Educational and professional requirements
* Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or related).
* 5–7 years' medical device or pharma experience, including line support and leadership.
* Strong communicator, calm under pressure, and confident decision-maker.
* Motivated by learning, growth, and making a difference.
