Goods In Manager Co Mayo
Key Responsibilities:
Manage goods inwards ensuring accuracy and compliance with purchasing requirements.
Maintain the security and organization of the back stores area, overseeing supplier movements.
Organize and merchandise the stock room according to safety regulations.
Submit daily invoice/delivery documentation to the office.
Perform general maintenance tasks based on site requirements, both internally and externally.
Ensure work is conducted with minimal disruption to customers and maintain high standards of workmanship.
Maintain cleanliness in external areas
Manage goods inwards, stocks, and conduct weekly stocktakes.
Uphold hygiene and cleaning standards in alignment with QSC requirements
Ensure proper storage and documentation of returns.
Ability to handle diverse light maintenance tasks to ensure the store remains in excellent condition.
Additional Responsibilities:
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
Assist in staff training when required.
Ensure professionalism in all transactions with customers and suppliers.
Support waste disposal efforts and implement recycling practices on-site.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations
Assist in ad-hoc duties across the site as required.
