Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Respite Service Manager to lead our team in providing high-quality respite care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring that it is safe, effective, and meets the needs of our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the delivery of respite care services to meet the needs of our service users.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective delivery of services.
* Lead and manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support services.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services and make recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in management and leadership roles within social care or healthcare.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines.
