About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Site Coordinator to join our team on a school project in Ennis.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-profile development, working with a professional team on a long-term project.
* Setting out and site surveying using modern instruments to ensure accuracy and precision.
* Overseeing construction works and ensuring quality, safety, and progress on site through regular inspections and reports.
* Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team to facilitate smooth project execution.
* Maintaining site records, including daily reports and quality checks to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
* Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with design specifications and health & safety standards to minimize risks and maximize efficiency.
* Reporting to the Project Manager and providing technical support as required to ensure project success.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline is essential.
A minimum of 2-4 years experience as a Construction Site Coordinator on commercial or education builds is preferred.
Proficiency in setting out using GPS, Total Station, and AutoCAD is necessary.
Strong knowledge of building regulations and site safety protocols is crucial.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required to succeed in this role.
