Candidate Profile
* A Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration is essential for this role.
* A postgraduate qualification in healthcare management, quality, or clinical governance is also required.
* Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a quality, governance, or compliance role within healthcare is expected.
* The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HIQA standards and best practice in person-centred care.
* They should demonstrate proven expertise in audits, risk management, staff mentoring, and policy development.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential for this position.
* A full driver's licence and willingness to travel across multiple sites are also required.
