The Job: Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team and will play a significant role across all business operations to ensure ongoing growth and success.
Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing operational strategies, overseeing H&S and facilities management, achieving site-specific commercial goals, ensuring legal compliance, coordinating marketing plans, engaging proactively with key customers and stakeholders, managing budgets, leading infrastructure projects, supervising your team, and delivering KPI reports to the executive team regularly.
Your Skills & Experience: Third-level degree qualification in a relevant discipline.
3-4+ years of experience in operations management or leadership roles.
Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors is a significant advantage.
Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
Strong IT skills, ability to multitask, and engage with people at all levels.
The Offer: This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package, depending on skills and experience.
The role is fully office-based, five days per week, in Co. Clare.
