Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
1. Perform industrial electrical installations, including wiring, conduit, panel, and lighting system installation.
2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues in industrial and commercial systems.
3. Conduct routine maintenance for safety and efficiency.
4. Interpret electrical blueprints and diagrams.
5. Ensure compliance with electrical codes.
6. Follow safety protocols, including PPE and lockout/tagout.
7. Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and tradespeople.
8. Use testing equipment to analyze and resolve electrical issues.
9. Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 5 years of electrical experience; Journeyman license preferred.
2. Experience in industrial or commercial wiring.
3. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
4. Ability to relocate to mid-Missouri.
5. Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
6. Ability to interpret blueprints and follow safety protocols.
7. Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
8. Self-motivated and independent work capability.
9. Experience with prevailing wage projects is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
* Hourly pay starting at $35+ (DOE)

Work Schedule & Location
* Full-time, Monday - Friday, with overtime as needed
