About the Role: * Development of key client relationships and accounts into major players * Sourcing suitable tech candidates who match client requirements through various channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow etc. * Head-hunting and networking with potential candidates across multiple platforms * writing and posting job adverts on relevant websites Main Responsibilities: Development of accounts into key accounts Searching for suitable Tech candidates who match our clients requirements Headhunting and networking on sites such as Linked In / Git Hub / Stack Overflow Writing and posting job adverts Telephone interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles Arranging interviews for candidates and liaising with them during this time Making job offers to suitable candidates handling rejections Taking references collating relevant supporting documents Building relationships with existing future clients Utilise internal tech such as Source Whale Linked Helper Paiger Ensure all data accurately recorded on CRM Attending meeting with clients explore potential opportunities Negotiating fees terms engagement Main Skills Required:
