Position DescriptionThis role offers an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to develop/enhance a broad range of professional skills:In-depth knowledge of ESB Networks businessStrong Customer Service orientation and stakeholder engagementUse of IT applications such as SAP, Excel, Word and other relevant systems.Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to;Work in accordance with agreed guidelines, policies and procedures.Providing excellent customer service to all Networks customers.Work as part of a multi-functional team and support all units within the Division.Actively sharing knowledge and expertise to foster team development.Reporting – Producing accurate and timely reports to support business operations.Facilitate and support others in achievement of team goals and contribute positively to the development of the team and selfProviding clerical support to Network Supervisors, Project Leaders and ManagersDemonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changeThis is a collaborative role within a flexible team structure, requiring involvement in all aspects of the above responsibilities.EssentialExperience and QualificationsA 3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience.Full clean driving licenceWorking knowledge of and competency in the use of IT systems such as SAP, SAP ISU, FMIS, PHR.Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindsetAbility to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detailA flexible approach to workingProven ability to work effectively within a teamFinancial awareness, including understanding of planned vs actual job costs, date management, and job closure processesLocationThis position will be based in Wilton.While training, attendance in the office will be required 5 days a week.
