Overview
We are a growing practice with offices across Galway, Dublin and London. Sheil Accountants has an opportunity for a qualified accountant to join our team offering flexible hours (minimum 25 hours per week) with hybrid working available, based at either our Dublin or Galway office.
Some travel to the other office (Galway or Dublin) will be required.

Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of SME clients, providing accounting and advisory services to a range of audit-exempt clients
* Developing and maintaining client relationships
* Experience leading meetings with new and existing clients
* Preparation of financial statements for SMEs and sole practitioners
* Preparation of Personal and Corporate tax returns
* Managing a team including delegating, mentoring and reviewing their performance
* Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
What we're looking for
* ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified
* 3+ year's post-qualification experience with a minimum of 2 year's experience gained in a practice environment in the UK or Ireland
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a client-facing mindset
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
* Great attention to detail and experience managing teams
* Experience leading client meetings
* Analytical, problem-solving approach with the ability to "figure things out"
* Good working knowledge of cloud accounting software such as Xero would be a distinct advantage
