Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and strategic leader to join our team as a Regional SHEQ Manager. As a key member of the Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, health, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and partners.
Key Accountabilities
* Reporting to the Group SHEQ Manager and leading both hands-on and strategic activities.
* Developing proactive and sustainable hazard risk management systems in line with business objectives.
* Delivering strategic plans for SHEQ and related activities, including short- and longer-term plans development, agreement, and implementation.
* Managing the SHEQ team to support business units working closely with operational Directors and Managers.
Responsibilities
* Implementing safety policies and programs, researching market developments, and identifying approaches and processes that add value to the business.
* Developing and proposing relevant developments, projects, approaches, and initiatives.
* Ensuring all accidents, incidents, near misses, and non-conformities are correctly reported and investigated, maintaining accident report files, incident files, accident investigations, corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence, and other related safety concerns.
