Customer Field Advisor
based ?in?our Kilkenny office.
Shareridge carries out construction works?nationwide?in the utilities sector, with customer interface at many points of the process. The Customer Service Team handle multiple communication channels?through various methods,?with a large variety of customers and stakeholders.
This new Customer Field Advisor role will be an integral part of our Customer Service team delivering a robust service in support of our?wide ranging?construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver letters and?flyers to customers on a specific route, either on foot or by vehicle.
* Organising daily delivery routes.
* Maintain Customer Service collateral, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
* Interact with customers to answer questions and professionally handle any enquiries.
* Maintain accurate delivery records, and use handheld devices for tracking.
* Handle time-sensitive materials and adhere to delivery schedules.
* Pre work survey assessments
Key Skills/requirements
* Full Irish Manual Drivers Licence is essential.
* Strong organizational skills to ensure accurate sorting and delivery.
* Professional and courteous communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet delivery targets.
* Basic ability to use handheld devices for tracking and data entry.
* General Microsoft Office skills.
