Supply Chain Inventory Analyst – Ireland, Dublin (12‑Month Contract)We are looking for a Supply Chain Inventory Analyst to support our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility in Dublin. The role focuses on managing inventory transition and ensuring accurate stock visibility throughout the supply chain.ResponsibilitiesTrack inventory depletion rates of old source stock to ensure stakeholders are aware of timing and preparations needed to transact new stock.Track the shipment of Finished Goods and coordinate with Logistics/Quality to release stock so it coincides with required system changes.Monitor FEFO (First Expired, First Out) logic to minimise write‑offs during the transition and flag short‑dated stock immediately.Maintain the Inventory Tracker Dashboard (Excel) to provide real‑time visibility into the transition progress.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Life Sciences.Extensive experience in Supply Chain or Inventory Management required; experience within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry preferred.Technical skills: ERP proficiency, experienced user of SAP or similar, Excel – advanced (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) mandatory for data reconciliation.Apply now to become a part of this life‑changing project.
