A snapshot of your peer group:
* Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, ideally within a corporate environment, agency or internal creative team.
* Degree in Visual Communication or a related design discipline.
* Proven ability to manage the timelines, stakeholders, and delivery of large-scale, multi-format campaigns from concept to completion.
* Proven experience in the ideation, design, and production of high-profile creative assets applied across a variety of formats, including Digital assets (display banners, motion, video), Brochures and print collateral, Out-of-home (OOH) signage, Infographics, Presentation decks, Media print ads.
* Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite – Particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
* Advanced skills in motion and video graphics – Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint. MS Word is a plus
* Experience working on proposals/tenders an advantage.
* Experience of digital channels including social media platforms
* Strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills, teamwork and client management skills
* A passion for design and storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
* Ability to remain calm, flexible, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Understanding of print production processes and finishing techniques.
* A CV and design portfolio showcasing relevant projects and campaigns is required

* A core responsibility for this role will be to lead the end-to-end creative development, production, and management of a comprehensive suite of campaign assets for KPMG’s multi-award-winning Graduate Campaign, including static visuals, motion graphics, digital content, print materials, and experiential elements. This is one of KPMG’s most high-profile and prestigious initiatives, requiring exceptional creative vision, strategic thinking, and executional excellence.
* Lead the design and delivery of high-impact marketing materials and pursuit collateral, ensuring brand consistency and exceptional quality solutions for both digital and print deliverables, including campaigns comprising brochures, signage, infographics, presentations, web interfaces, and banner ads.
* Collaborate directly with senior stakeholders to shape briefs, refine messaging, present design concepts to secure stakeholder buy in, and develop compelling visual narratives from concept to completion that align with strategic goals.
* Apply strong creative and technical skills across a range of design disciplines including:Graphic Design: Typography, layout, digital design, UX/UI, Software Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Microsoft PowerPoint, and Motion Graphics & Video: (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
* Manage a dynamic and varied workload, adapting to shifting priorities and timelines with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
* Play a key role in the mentorship and development of junior creatives on the team.
