Sales and Marketing Manager for a Hotel in Leitrim/Roscommon Area
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and increasing revenue through effective marketing strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan, monitoring its effectiveness against forecasted goals.
2. Develop new business relationships, maintain current ones, and network for new opportunities within domestic and overseas markets.
3. Supervise departmental activities, manage a team of two to ensure they respond to customer inquiries, track leads, maintain accurate account data, negotiate rates communicate with accounts conduct market research write effective proposals etc.
4.
