Harvey Norman is seeking a skilled Merchandise Planner to join our team on a Maternity cover contract. Based in our Head Office in Swords, Co. Dublin, this role will be responsible for forecasting demand and planning stock levels.
The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory planning and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. They should also possess strong analytical skills, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Your Task:
* Collaborate closely with Buyers and cross-functional teams to forecast stock requirements.
* Present forecasting insights and stock strategies in meetings using Excel-based tools.
* Analyse sales trends, coordinating with suppliers on stock availability.
This role involves working alongside Product Managers to present key findings from data analysis. The successful candidate must be able to travel internationally due to regular business trips abroad.
