Assistant Brand Manager Job Description
About the Role
We are recruiting for an Assistant Brand Manager on behalf of a leading FMCG company.
This role will support the marketing team in creating campaigns and activations to drive revenue.
Main Responsibilities
* Meet with key suppliers and work across multiple departments
* Communicate brand plans to the sales team and provide ongoing support
* Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with customer trends and predict future trends
* Develop and implement digital campaigns to support brand development
* Create innovative content and campaigns to drive consumer engagement and increase sales
* Review and improve website performance
* Coordinate campaign schedules and ensure deliverables are met
* Set clear objectives across campaign elements and customer journey
* Analyze and report on digital campaign performance
* Enhance brand campaigns based on performance data
* Ensure brand identities and guidelines are adhered to in all campaign activities
* Develop content for digital platforms and update existing marketing material
* Organize events such as product launches, tastings, and photo shoots
Requirements
* Third Level Degree in Marketing or related subject area
* 2 years' experience in digital marketing, brand management, and/or e-commerce
* Proven experience working on multiple projects to tight deadlines
* Experience with data-driven decision making
* FMCG Drink Industry experience
* 1 year's experience managing a brand
