Job Description
The Role entails providing comprehensive product support for medical device equipment, encompassing installation and commissioning, preventative maintenance, repair, and customer training. Engineers must adhere to relevant quality procedures related to the service or activity.
Responsibilities include liaising with customer support administration on a regular basis, providing engineers' reports, and all relevant documentation for further processing and invoicing.
A key aspect of this role is proactive management of customer relations, emphasizing communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* CSSD Validation experience
* Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical graduate or experienced applicant
Field-based experience in medical device service or electronic equipment is beneficial but not essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be flexible, willing to travel, customer-focused, technically competent, and commercially aware with strong trouble-shooting and analytical skills.
Additionally, they will have strong organisational skills, the ability to thrive under pressure, and a strong desire to succeed.
A full clean driver's license is mandatory.
