We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Business Partnerships Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in business development and relationship management to join our team in Ireland. As a key member of our Relationships team, you will report directly to the Head of ACCA Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the creation of strategic engagement plans for education partnerships to deliver agreed KPIs and outcomes.
* Identify and progress opportunities to grow ACCA's business through education partnerships ensuring a clear and mutually beneficial proposition.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement a plan of business development activity for designated education partners.
* Develop and manage strong relationships with education partners to build ACCA's ecosystem and deliver agreed KPIs and outcomes.
* Plan and actively manage multi-level relationships for existing and potential education partners.
* Promote the ACCA qualification, products, and services to partners encouraging take-up through presentations and other activities.
* Support education partners with ACCA processes including accreditation to develop engagement and improve performance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in business development and business-to-business relationship management ideally in an education environment.
* Understanding of the education and skills landscape.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term high-quality trusted relationships up to and including board level.
* Skilled networker and prospector with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
* Global perspective experience of working in or with an international organisation.
