Post Production Support Specialist Role
The role encompasses ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of investment management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define client requirements and configure the application to meet their business and technical needs.
* Train users, test workflows, and resolve issues related to the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS).
* Liaise with Technical Support and Product resources to troubleshoot application issues.
Requirements:
* At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the financial industry, preferably in a consultancy or software vendor.
* Experience leading the implementation or support of Front, Middle, or Back Office Investment Management systems is highly valued.
* Strong industry knowledge across multiple asset classes.
* Ability to navigate the CRD/Alpha eco-system and establish relationships with internal supporting teams.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Degree in a business or technical field such as Finance, Mathematical Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
* Advanced degree or industry certification is a strong plus.
This role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to convey plans, issues, and concerns to clients and team members in a clear and concise manner.
