The successful candidate will be responsible for theinstallation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of commercial coffee machines and related equipmentat client sites.This is a customer-facing role requiring strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering high standards of service.Key Responsibilities:Install, service, and repair a range of commercial coffee machines (bean-to-cup, espresso, grinders, boilers, etc.)Diagnose and troubleshoot faults both remotely and on-sitePerform routine maintenance and preventative servicingProvide technical support and user training to clients where necessaryManage spare parts and service stock effectivelyMaintain service records and complete job reports via mobile CRM systemCollaborate with the customer service and logistics teams to ensure smooth service deliveryRepresent the brand professionally and courteously at all timesRequirements:Previous experience as a field technician, ideally with coffee, catering, or vending equipment (training can be provided)Full clean Irish driving licenceStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyFlexible and willing to travel within the regionBasic IT and mobile app usage for logging service reportsDesirable:Experience with coffee machine brands such as La Marzocco, Jura, WMF, Franke, etc.Electrical or mechanical background (FETAC/QQI or equivalent certification)Package:Competitive salary (based on experience)Company van + fuel cardMobile phone + tabletUniform and tools providedOngoing training and developmentOpportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding business
