We have an exciting opportunity with a well-known Irish food manufacturing organisation to recruit a Data Analyst for their growing operation in West Waterford. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality analytics, reporting, and data integrity across the business. You will act as the system’s subject matter expert for Navision (Microsoft Dynamics) so experience in this is essential.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain critical reports and analytics dashboard using Navision (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to support business decision-making.
Act as a key user for Navision, maintaining data integrity, supporting users, and driving best practice across the organisation.
Analyse operational and supply chain data to track KPIs such as forecast accuracy, production efficiency, and inventory performance.
Use data-driven insights to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation.
Proactively identify data risks or inconsistencies, ensuring compliance with internal standards and industry requirements.
Maintain clear documentation of reporting processes and provide training and support to users on Navision and analytics tools.
Requirements
Previous experience in Navision (Microsoft Dynamics 365) is essential.
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a data analytics role working with relevant BI tools.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to align to business goals.
Qualification in supply chain management is desirable.
