Redwood Recruitment is delighted to partner with a leading Fund Admin as they look to hire a new Head of Compliance in their Dublin office.
The role is a PCF12 Head of Compliance and PCF 52 Head of Compliance with responsibility for AML/CFT.
Responsibilities
* Support the business on all compliance matters, including developing and implementing compliance plans and delivering staff training.
* Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks across the entities' activities.
* Advise and support staff on AML/KYC, data protection, confidentiality, outsourcing, and corporate governance.
* Review and analyze suspicious transaction/activity reports and escalate as required.
Qualifications
* In-depth knowledge of Irish financial services regulations, Central Bank of Ireland requirements, and relevant EU directives.
* Strong expertise in alternative investments, including hedge funds, private equity, and real estate funds.
* Proven experience implementing regulatory changes and managing end-to-end compliance programs.
