Deputy General Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to oversee the effective management of our 4-star hotel in Cork. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of all Food and Beverage outlets and substantial Conference/Events/Wedding business.
* Manage daily operations and coordinate all areas of the hotel, including F&B, Rooms, M&E etc.
* Lead and guide the team, continually refining procedures and improving service levels.
* Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 3+ years' experience in Operations Management or Deputy General Manager roles in prominent 4-star corporate-style hotels in Ireland.
* A proven track record of managing busy Food and Beverage operations to the highest standards.
* Effective leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing and motivating teams.
