Project Manager
Job Location: Drogheda
Sector: Civil INFORM3 are currently seeking a Project Manager to complete civils work on a commercial/civil project in Drogheda.
The successful candidate will work on behalf of a Civil Engineering Contractor with over 20 years in the Construction industry with long term work opportunities in this area. The client is extremely successful in producing high quality projects whilst being extremely conscious of health & safety. Project Manager Job Requirements: Report into the Contracts Managers and DirectorsBe familiar with each project plan, oversee the development of each project ensuring time and budgets are taken into accountSelect and Coordinate SubcontractorsSelect Plant, Machinery and EquipmentManage all site teams, communicating and motivating staff to complete work to the highest standardLiaise with the Health & Safety Team, ensuring any requirements are met Ensure all paperwork is completed, complied and processed for reporting and actioning Be the point of contact for the Client, attending meetings and regularly keeping in contact with themContinuously check on quality standards on siteMaintain maximum cost effectivenessCoordinate and manage daily site meetingsAttend Senior Management MeetingsResolve any emergenciesProject Manager Job Specification: 10 years+ experienceExperience in managing multiple civil teams and projectsHighly organisedExceptional attention to detailFantastic communicatorConfident in using Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of current health and safety legislationFull Driving LicenseThis client appreciates the value of hard work, professional working practices and high standards and in return can offer an excellent overall package to the right person.
