We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of our operations.
Job Description:
* Supervise and maintain client, office, and deposit bank accounts.
* Reconcile bank statements.
* Process and record incoming and outgoing payments accurately and on time.
* Receive customer payments in person and over the telephone.
You will also be responsible for ensuring all finance records are up to date and accurate on our finance system, checking and posting bills and invoices, managing petty cash, and preparing financial reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience within a bookkeeping or accounting-focused role is essential.
* Competency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to observe strict levels of confidentiality required to work in a legal practice.
