Data Quality Administrator Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client have a requirement for a suitably skilled Data Quality Administrator to join their team. The duration of this post is 12 months initially with possible extensions thereafter. This role will be based in Drogheda - Hybrid Working will apply. Working 35 hours per week, the successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid an hourly rate of €19.77 per hour based on an annualised salary of €36,109. You will accrue 28 days annual leave per year and paid Bank Holidays. Roles & Responsibilities: Administration Ensure the efficient day-to-day administration of area of responsibility Specifically, for this client, this will include the management of service mailboxes on an ongoing basis Provide support to the client Data Team Manager/Leads with data and statistical analysis and reporting tools contributing to assist with regular reporting to Senior Management Assist the Data Managers with developing training manuals / SOP's to support processes, procedures and best practices across the business unit Support the preparation and issuing of office documentation (correspondence, reports, etc.) to the highest possible standard by monitoring and reviewing the work of the team to ensure quality and accuracy Ensure that archives and records are accurate and readily available Maintain confidentiality of documentation, records, etc. Maximise the use of technology in ensuring work is completed to a high standard Organise, attend and take minutes at meetings as required and prepare for timely circulation following meeting. Customer Service Promote and maintain a customer and patient focused environment by ensuring service users / customers and their data are treated with dignity and respect Act on feedback from service users / customers / stakeholders and report same to Line Manager Support with the development and execution of Health Identity Management communications. Standards, Policies, Procedures and Legislation Maintain own knowledge of employer policies, procedures, guidelines and practices, to perform the role effectively and to ensure current work standards are met by own team Maintain own knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation e.g. Financial Regulations, Health & Safety Legislation, Employment Legislation, FOI Acts, GDPR, and Health Identifiers Act 2014 Have a working knowledge of the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) Standards as they apply to the role for example, Standards for Healthcare, National Standards for the Prevention and Control of Healthcare Associated Infections, Hygiene Standards etc. and comply with associated client protocols for implementing and maintaining these standards as appropriate to the role Support, promote and actively participate in sustainable energy, water and waste initiatives to create a more sustainable, low carbon and efficient health service Eligibility Criteria: Graduate (QQI Level 5/6 or above) with an interest in data management Experience data administrator working in a similar environment Candidates must possess the requisite knowledge and ability, including a high standard of suitability, for the proper discharge of the office. Professional Knowledge & Experience: Experience in supporting management in the day-to-day operations of processing data in various formats, including registers/record indexes as well as an understanding of databases, algorithms and workflow tools and processes. Demonstrates knowledge and experience relevant to the role as per the duties and responsibilities, eligibility criteria and post specific requirements of the role Knowledge of project management skills to operate effectively with multiple competing priorities Maximise the use of ICT, demonstrating excellent computer skills particularly in Microsoft Excel and including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and SharePoint etc. Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills to meet objectives within agreed timeframes and achieve quality results Emphasis on compliance management and achieving high standards of excellence Proven experience in assistance with technical and consumer specific analysis to ensure quick turn around on consumer requirements Experience working within and adapting to an evolving and complex environment.
