Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of site facilities systems in line with relevant auditing standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Overseeing timely completion of system work orders and resolving compliance issues if required.
* Assisting with continuous supply of facilities systems across the site.
* Planning and scheduling system repair and maintenance activities.
* Supporting audits on Facility Compliance/Safety programmes.
* Managing Facilities contracts and contractors.
Additional Responsibilities include:
* Identifying and implementing Facility system training across the site.
* Owning and overseeing Facility system data build for the site.
* Developing and championing continuous improvement programmes to increase performance of Facility equipment and systems.
* Providing SME insight and technical leadership to engineering, production, and support areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Technical qualifications at third level or equivalent in Engineering and/or relevant experience in a Facilities role.
* Minimum 8 years engineering experience in a Facilities environment.
* Experience of sterile/biotech facilities within a pharmaceutical environment.
* Strong Safety mindset and awareness of inherent system hazards demonstrated through understanding of EHS & GMP compliance requirements.
