Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Technical Product Owner Logistics WM. The role is located in the EMEA (preferred location Beerse, Belgium) and may be posted at another J&J facility.
Pharm Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into a single “clean” ERP platform for growth and efficiency. As part of the Pharm Transcend Program, the Technical Product Owner Logistics WM will be an active member of the Pharm Supply Chain Technology team, driving design and implementation of Innovative Medicine product flows based on strong knowledge of SAP Logistics and Warehouse Management technical capabilities and integration experience with 3PLs.
The position leads design, validation and delivery of SAP S/4 capabilities and data, aligned with business process needs. It governs the scope of the SAP S/4 template and drives template innovation and evolution through deployments.
Responsibilities
You will take responsibility for an end‑state integration automation solution design with 3PL locations across the following primary functions:
Logistic Movements
Warehouse Management
Inbound and Outbound Deliveries

Logistic and Intercompany Flows
Requirements
Bachelor degree
Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years of SAP IM/WM experience with 3PL integration (a plus) and 5 years of Pharma experience
Strong domain expertise in multinational financial and logistics operations with end‑to‑end understanding across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, Tax, and Master Data
Deep knowledge of SAP ERP Logistics modules, including Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution, and Warehouse Management
Solid understanding of business process integration across key supply chain and financial functions
Experience in the Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry with strong knowledge of SOX and GxP compliance requirements
Familiarity with S/4HANA and its application within enterprise environments (preferred)
Proven experience working in Agile environments with strong grasp of SDLC methodologies and documentation
Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional, self‑organized teams and drive collaboration
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound, informed decisions

The anticipated pay range for this position, in the primary posting location, is €79.800,00 – €137.770,00.
