Account Manager
This is a key role at Staffline Recruitment, supporting our industrial goods distributor client.
The successful candidate will have experience in B2B Customer Service and be able to build strong relationships with clients on a daily basis.
This is a Monday to Friday, on-site position requiring the individual to be present at the client's premises.
Key Responsibilities:
* Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to drive business growth.
* Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all orders, providing exceptional support throughout the customer journey.
* Purchase Order Management: Process and manage customer purchase orders efficiently.
* Enquiry Resolution: Respond to and resolve customer enquiries via phone and email.
Requirements:
* Full Driving Licence: Possess a valid full driving licence.
