Key Payroll Expertise
Our organisation is seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage their end-to-end payroll function.
This role requires a blend of technical payroll expertise with hands-on problem solving, reporting, and collaboration across Finance and HR.
* Manage the Irish payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments for all employees.
* Ensure compliance with Irish payroll legislation, pensions, union agreements, Revenue requirements, and internal policies.
* Reconcile payroll accounts and liaise with Finance on journals, audits, and reporting.
Essential Responsibilities
* Process bonuses, commissions, benefit deductions, and variable pay elements.
* Manage year-end activities including statutory returns and reconciliations.
* Work closely with HR to ensure employee data is accurate and up-to-date within payroll systems.
