We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced tax professional to join our team as a Senior Tax Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing tax team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous professional growth.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide strategic leadership and guidance to tax advisory teams, ensuring high-quality client service and technical excellence.
* Contribute to the firm's growth through business development initiatives, including authoring thought leadership pieces and engaging in networking activities.


Requirements:

* A qualified CPA/ACCA/ACA/CTA tax accountant with a minimum of 10 years PQE in Public Practice.
* Strong interest in financial modelling, strategic business planning, and growth development initiatives.
* Proven client-facing experience, with a strong focus on advising clients in the SME sector.
