We are currently seeking to recruit a Service Manager to join our dynamic, growing team based in our Kearys Hyundai Dealership.Looking to move your career into next gear? Apply today to be a part of our success story.Role Responsibilities:To ensure the service department provides the best possible service to the customers and achieves agreed profit and retention levels.To organise, direct and control the activities of the service department staff to achieve plans, budgets, ensuring optimum use of all material, financial and personnel resources.To contribute to the development of all operating and administrative and policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of all tasks in a timely manner.Maintain and continuously evaluate management statistics, plans and budgets to manufacturer when required.Establish and maintain the organisation of staffing levels for the service department.
