Job Summary
Overseeing daily site operations and project management for small to medium-sized projects involves managing site personnel to ensure successful project delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
* A thorough understanding of the Electrical and Construction industries is required.
* Possessing a qualification and at least two years' experience in a supervisory role.
* Based in Cork, responsible for overseeing commercial building construction.
* Monday to Friday work schedule applies.
* The salary package includes market rate plus opportunities for increases as your career progresses within the company.
* Overtime pay is provided at time and a half and double rates, along with pension benefits, expenses, and generous holiday entitlements.
Key Skills:
* QQI FETAC Level 6 Advanced Certificate (or equivalent) – Electrical.
* A minimum of five years' extensive experience in a fast-paced construction environment.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including solid commercial and financial awareness.
* Excellent people management skills, delivering exceptional customer service.
* Experience with CAFM & BMS systems is desirable.
