Your Role:
You’ll play a key role in delivering expert building surveying and project management services. From detailed condition surveys and defect analysis to managing live construction projects and statutory compliance, your work will be critical in upholding the highest standards of building practice.
What You’ll Bring:

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive mindset with a commitment to quality and collaboration
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft tools
* A deep understanding of construction methods, regulations, and compliance
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and deliver technical reports and surveys
* Manage refurbishment and fit-out projects from concept to completion
* Navigate planning, fire safety, and BCAR compliance
* Provide expert advice on dilapidations, landlord approvals, and tenant fit-outs
* Collaborate with clients and colleagues to solve complex challenges
