Job Title
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects in the UK and Ireland. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and excellent organisational and time management abilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing budgets, managing costs, and coordinating with clients and design teams. They will also be expected to maintain health and safety codes, quality requirements, environmental regulations, and building regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed within budget guidelines.
* Client Liaison: Coordinate with clients and design teams during the planning and design phase.
* Health and Safety: Maintain health and safety codes, quality requirements, environmental regulations, and building regulations.
* Team Leadership: Implement procedures for enhanced performance and lead the project team.
* Progress Reporting: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to report on project progress.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering construction projects in the UK and Ireland. They will possess excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills. Experience in executing commercial/retail projects is essential.
