Deliver high-quality maintenance services to production and site-wide facilities. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of fitters and electricians, ensuring all maintenance work is carried out effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Providing reactive and planned maintenance support across the site.
* Performing installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of plant and equipment.
* Basic programming and diagnostics of plant and equipment.
* Maximizing machinery uptime and minimizing downtime in production and utility areas.
* Executing preventive maintenance programs.
* Troubleshooting PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE, Schneider Electric).
* Providing technical support for plant facilities, including compressed air and refrigeration.
* Participating in environmental, health, safety, and quality activities.
* Completing engineering work orders safely and promptly, adhering to cGMP standards.
* Collaborating with equipment suppliers on new installations and modifications.
* Maintaining knowledge of Lock-out Tag-out procedures.
* Adhering to site policies on quality, health, and safety, including PPE and safety protocols.
* Assisting in risk assessments and safety training for the maintenance team.
* Monitoring and improving line and machine performance.
* Supporting line leaders with overtime, shift coverage, and callouts.
* Overseeing contractors on site.
* Providing general maintenance support in areas such as process equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, and packaging equipment.
* Analyzing plant downtime and implementing strategies to improve uptime.
* Keeping management informed of significant developments in their areas.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience:
* Relevant third-level qualification in Engineering or a time-served Electrician or Fitter (Electrical/Mechanical).
* At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, including planned and reactive tasks.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
* Understanding of food safety policies and legislation (BRC & ISO).
* Effective time management skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Experience with motor control systems, process temperature controls, and pneumatics.
* Proficiency with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
* Experience with safety systems, lock-out procedures, risk assessments, and permits to work.
* Flexible, adaptable, and a strong team player with initiative.
* On-call availability is required.
