Following the continued success of our Bray office we are now opening a new office in Dublin 2, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join the team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.
The Opportunity
Working directly with some of Ireland’s top billing recruiters, you will develop and grow your own specialist market within the technology sector, building strong relationships with both candidates and clients across permanent and contract recruitment.
Our consultants work within clearly defined technology specialisms and are supported by the most modern recruitment infrastructure and tooling. We prioritise focus on quality recruitment and long‑term relationships rather than activity‑based KPIs, giving experienced recruiters the autonomy to build meaningful markets and long‑term client partnerships.
As the Dublin office grows, there will also be opportunities to mentor junior consultants and contribute to the continued expansion of the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Developing and growing your own specialist recruitment desk within the technology market
Building strong relationships with technology candidates and hiring managers
Delivering recruitment solutions across both contract and permanent roles
Developing existing accounts into long‑term client partnerships
Identifying and engaging high‑quality candidates through proactive sourcing and networking
Building a strong personal brand within the technology recruitment market
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience within recruitment or a sales‑driven environment
Strong relationship building and communication skills
Commercial awareness and strong negotiation ability
A proactive and results‑driven mindset
The ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast‑paced environment
