About the Job
This position plays a key leadership role in driving employee relations and HR operations for our EMEA region. As part of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Employee Relations (ER) function to improve employee experience, ensure operational excellence and compliance while enhancing HR efficiency across 23 countries.
The successful candidate will provide regional leadership to the ER and HR Operations team, lead management and development of staff members towards achieving annual goals aligned with strategic objectives.
