The role of Business Excellence Manager involves driving a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the management team to develop key process improvement projects.
* Analyze, identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities through staff and stakeholder engagement.
* Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Working Instructions (WIs) and process flows for existing processes and workflows within the organization.
* Incorporate data analysis into all improvement projects.
* Utilize change management tools and techniques to ensure business improvements are maintained.
* Lead and manage continuous improvement programs using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen methodologies.
* Facilitate cross-functional projects and workshops to map current processes and design future-state solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
* Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, Change Management or equivalent.
* Experience managing projects with both internal and external stakeholders.
