Ideally a background in Pharma or related manufacturing would position you well.Role Function:(Function includes, but is not limited to, the following)Works with business leaders to champion a high-performance culture and to create an environment of trust, dignity and respect, where behaviours are aligned to the Company valuesSupports organisational people projects and their associated people implicationsWorks with client leaders to support delivery of their people strategyProvides effective coaching for leaders through handling of complex employee relations issuesAs part of the Ireland HR team, supports and participates in projects across the country that support our HR prioritiesSupports the site management and HR team with HR analytics and process supportsProvides HR support focused on a variety of areas that enable the delivery of business goals, such as: Engagement & culture development, Talent development & Succession planning, Performance Management support, Compensation & rewards support, and Organisational design/High Performance Organisation developmentExperience, Knowledge & Skills:3-4 years' experience in an HR role, preferably with experience of working in a HR Business Partner role, but all HR disciplines will be consideredExperience working in a large multi-national manufacturing environment would be ideal, but background is less important than outlookExpected Skill SetProven track record of HR delivery, either in a HR Business Partner or HR COE roleGood working knowledge of Irish and European employment law frameworkEffective at coaching and managing multiple stakeholdersHighly effective communicator with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels of the businessAbility to project manage multiple projects and initiatives through to successful deliveryAbility to build trusted partnerships and to work effectively with people at all levelsData analytics experience and excel skills are desirable alsoPrevious experience with HR systems such as Workday also desirableRequirementsQualifications & EducationDegree or 3rd level qualification in Human ResourcesDesirable: CIPD Qualification or evidence of equivalent Continuous Professional Development
