A leading international multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their growing Dublin team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer looking to take a leading role on major site development and infrastructure projects across Ireland while working within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary environment. The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects from concept through to construction, while mentoring junior engineers and working closely with clients, architects and project stakeholders. Projects: Large-scale site infrastructure and master planning projects (€20M - €250M+) Data centre and industrial developments (€100M+) Commercial and mixed-use developments (€50M - €200M+) Healthcare, education and institutional projects Multidisciplinary urban development and infrastructure projects across Ireland and internationally Role: Leading the civil engineering and utility design delivery on major infrastructure projects Producing designs, drawings, 3D models, specifications and technical reports Managing projects from conceptual layout through to detailed design and construction Coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and external stakeholders Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers Representing the business at client meetings and technical workshops Supporting project planning, quality assurance and technical problem-solving Requirements: Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or equivalent 8+ years experience within a consultancy environment Chartered Engineer status, or equivalent recognised professional qualification Strong technical experience in site infrastructure design including roads, drainage, earthworks and utilities coordination Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure and site development projects Strong working knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD and relevant civil engineering software Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills Salary & Benefits: €70,000 - €80,000 (DOE) + Benefits Hybrid and flexible working arrangements Profit share and Strong pension / benefits package Excellent long-term career progression opportunities Exposure to major multidisciplinary infrastructure projects If youre a Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer looking to progress your career on complex multidisciplinary developments within a leading consultancy environment, please contact Jade for a confidential discussion.
