We're currently looking for a Full or Part Time Podiatrist to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in our clinic in Castleknock. The FTE for this role is €45,000-€75,000 per annum, with potential earnings of up to €100,000 with commission. At Spectrum we want to offer you a career, not just a job. Why join us Up to €3000 sign on bonus (T&C's apply) Our comprehensive clinical support structure Clear career pathways across clinical and leadership roles Work variety - we provide multiple specialist services and provide training in each Flexible working - we can cater for Full or Part time contracts and shifts to suit your lifestyle CPD calendar including both internal and external speakers CPD bursaries to assist funding external courses Study leave Robust systems to help our team provide the best care for their patients Discounted Health Insurance Annual leave that increases with length of service Me Day - an additional day leave to try something new Monthly Health & Wellness allowance Responsibilities Treat a variety of skin ailments such as verrucas, corns, calluses, etc. Assess and treat ingrown toenails, clip toe nails and general feet tidy up Treat patients with diabetes at increased risk of foot disease who require preventative care and assistance Determine the condition of a patient's feet, ankles, or lower legs by reviewing medical history, listening to concerns, and performing a physical examination Diagnose foot, ankle, and lower-leg problems through physical exams, and other methods Provide treatment for foot, ankle, and lower leg ailments, such as prescribing orthotics Give advice and instruction on foot and ankle care and general wellness techniques Educate patients on how to improve conditions Liaise with other healthcare professionals to exchange information and refer patients to other physicians or specialists as needed Meet continuous education requirements and maintain an up-to-date CPD folder Write patient case notes and reports, manage payments and issue receipts Place stock orders and log repairs Supervise student and junior podiatrists in some cases and enhance teaching skills Manage clinical risk and maintain infection control awareness Be caring, compassionate and professional with the patient at the core of everything you do Support marketing efforts by helping create blogs and content for social media and other channels Qualifications BSc OR MSc in Podiatry (essential) CORU registration (essential) Member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists Ireland (SCPI) (essential) Professional Indemnity Insurance (essential) Private practice experience (preferred) New grads welcome Contact If you have any queries about the role, please contact.
