We are partnering with a well-established Pan-European private debt platform to hire an Investment
Analyst
for its Dublin based investment team.
This is a strong opportunity to join an active credit investor focused on mid-cap corporate transactions across Ireland, the DACH region, and broader continental Europe.
The strategy spans sponsored and non-sponsored deals across the capital structure, including Senior Secured, Unitranche, Mezzanine, and Minority Equity.
The successful candidate will support deal professionals across the full investment lifecycle — from origination and due diligence through execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
The Role:
Investment Process
Reviewing information memoranda and third-party due diligence reports
Preparing investment committee materials
Building and maintaining detailed financial models (including scenario and sensitivity analysis)
Conducting comparable transaction and precedent financing analysis
Performing market and desktop research
Execution
Supporting term sheet discussions and reviewing legal documentation
Assisting with transaction closing and funding
Ongoing portfolio monitoring and performance tracking
Additional Responsibilities
Preparing investor marketing materials
Maintaining pipeline trackers and internal systems
Assisting with NDAs, release letters, and related documentation
Key Requirements:
2–5 years' experience in leveraged finance, corporate credit, corporate finance, or investment banking
Proactive, with a willingness to take on responsibilities beyond core day-to-day tasks
High level of attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent academic record and strong interpersonal skills
Additional languages such as German, Italian, or Spanish are advantageous
