This is a key role for supporting our Digital Enablement Production Support and Release team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysis, coordinating triage and facilitate delivery of business and or technical issues on the open24/Finacle platform which is used by the open24 Mobile App and Desktop sites. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating and supporting releases to the oepn24/Finacle applications. Responsibilities: Support the resolution of Service Ticket Queues for Digital Enablement teams. Support production fixes/vulnerability remediations/releases across Digital Enablement applications. Co-ordinate the Production Releases across this Digital Enablement teams into Production environment, ensuring that all necessary requirements are in place (SMAX tickets, CAB requests, Implementation & rollback plans etc) for Finacle/Open24 applications. Co-ordination with relevant IT teams for releases into Pre-Production environment Develop and maintain an environment of innovation and continuous improvement, focusing on quality, cost reduction and process development. Support the IT Management team in implementing changes in processes and systems to deliver productivity and service improvements. Requirements: Exposure to production support functions. Strong ability communicate effectively and present the facts and figures to go in depth of the issue to facilitate the solution designs Keen eye to drive the activities in highly integrated environment and agile environment Familiarity / good exposure in MS-tools Working knowledge of SQL scripting Appetite to constantly learn new things This is a permanent role based in Cork or Dublin Is this you?
