HR Officer (Recruitment & ER Focus) - Dungannon VANRATH are proud to be partnering with a leading employer in the Dungannon area to recruit an experienced HR Officer for a 12-month temporary contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate HR professional with strong recruitment delivery and employee relations experience to join a high-performing HR team during a period of organisational growth and transformation.
The Role The HR Officer will play a key role in supporting both operational and strategic HR functions - with a strong focus on: Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns across multiple departments Advising managers on employee relations matters (disciplinary, grievance, absence, etc.) Supporting line managers through recruitment, onboarding, and performance-related processes Assisting with policy application and ensuring adherence to employment law and internal HR procedures Supporting wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will have: 2+ years' experience in a generalist HR role, with proven ability in recruitment and employee relations CIPD qualification (Level 3 minimum; Level 5 preferred) Solid understanding of UK employment legislation Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site or manufacturing environment is advantageous Remuneration & Benefits Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) 12-month temporary contract Monday to Friday working hours Immediate start available On-site parking and accessible location in the Dungannon area For further information To apply or for a confidential chat about this opportunity, contact Emma at VANRATH on or email .
