Office Administrator Job Summary



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team on a temporary ongoing contract. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.




About the Role:



* The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general office administration support, including filing and document management, answering phone calls and emails, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and supporting management with administrative tasks.

* Duties may also include data entry into internal systems/databases as well as other related tasks.





Your Skills & Experience:



* You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in an office administration role.

* Able to demonstrate excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
