Job Title: Administration Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at First Military Recruitment. Our client is a luxury goods industry provider that caters to high-net worth individuals and international banks with a global team of experts.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our client, performing various tasks such as data entry, filing, and communication. They will work closely with other administrative staff and support colleagues as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Entry: Book in 'Domestic Shipments' received via email on the in-house database system and send DSS paperwork to Dispatch or customers.
* Filing: Check and save DSS paperwork on shared drives and the in-house database system.
* Administrative Support: Assist with ordering IDs for new starters, update ID lists, and perform other duties assigned by management.
* Communication: Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work Details:
Location: Dublin
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 17:30pm)
Salary: €26,000 – €29,000 Per Annum
