Job Title: Graduate Client Services Coordinator Salary: Negotiable pending experience + free parking, pension, Life assurance, discounted healthcare and attractive bonus. Location: Dublin City South (30 minutes from City Centre) (fully onsite for training then hybrid model after 6 months' probation) Contract: Full time permanent 37.5 hrs per week Work Model: Monday- Friday, normal working hours with flexibility after probation. If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Clients Customer Operations team! One of our global service clients is currently seeking a client services coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a co-ordinator with a large global company. The successful candidate will provide an excellent customer experience to all account holders and clients by the vehicle inspections. You will join a well-established team in a client-focused, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: You will be coordinating the booking in of vehicle inspections Responsibly for anticipating and exceeding customers expectations. You will be communicating with internal & extenal parties. Ensure that you are proactive and comfortable solving problems for clients in an effective and efficient manner. Excellent training will be provided by both your line manager and your team of colleagues that are long established in the role and company. Excellent attention to detail ensuring that all documents are proofread and accurate. Financial acumen and comfortable preparing quotes and calculating quotes. Comfortable working to tight deadlines and multitasking in a busy work environment. Updating data base with client and customer information. Adhoc duties as required. Key Requirements: Experience in customer service, administration, financial administration, call centre or coordination Self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
